One of America's best haunted houses is looking for actors, artists, and staff to fill paid positions in September and October. All applicants must be 18 or older. The ScareHouse is an equal opportunity employer.
Audition Information and Employment Opportunities for the ScareHouse

You can download our 2009 application, fill it out and bring it with you when you come to audition or interview. Not only will you save time at the audition/interview, but you will also be placed ahead of applicants who are filling out the application when they arrive.
These jobs are demanding, and FUN. Many people return year after year to join our "Scream Team!" Pay starts at $7.25 per hour, more for management positions.
All potential (and returning) employees should bring two forms of ID.
When you arrive you will be asked to fill out an application and availability calendar if you didn’t bring the on-line version with you.

Your picture will be taken and audition sheets will be provided. If you have a resume and headshot, you may bring it, but it is not mandatory. No experience is necessary!

Box Office, Security, Parking and Retail Employment Opportunities at The ScareHouse
Although you won't be asked to audition, these positions require hard working and energetic individuals.
If you are applying for a retail or box office staff position please bring a resume with you. When you arrive you will be asked to fill out an application and availability calendar, if you didn’t bring the on-line version with you.

From the city of Pittsburgh:
- Take Route 28 North and get off at Exit 4 for Etna (left exit).
- Merge onto Butler Street. Go through 3 traffic lights, (making sure to bear to the left at the second light).
- Take Route 8 south to the last traffic light before the ramps to Route 28.
- Turn right onto Kittanning Street, cross the train tracks, and turn left onto Butler Street in front of the Jack Sullivan dealership.
- The ScareHouse is .2 miles on the right, immediately after the Etna borough building.
- Parking is available on Butler Street, and also in designated parking areas.
From the Turnpike, Armstrong County, and Pittsburgh Mills area
- Take Route 28 South towards Pittsburgh.
- Take Exit 5 and merge onto PA-8 N towards Etna/Butler.
- Turn left at the first traffic light onto Kittanning Street, cross the train tracks, and turn left onto Butler Street in front of the Jack Sullivan dealership.
- The ScareHouse is .2 miles on the right, immediately after the Etna borough building.
